   This approach addresses how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are impacted by various disruptive factors. You can learn visual imagery and/or muscle relaxation techniques to control internal distress, and learn communication skills, goal setting and time-management to prevent anxiety caused by the environment. The skills can be learned either individually or in groups.
